YOUR 3 HOUR ONE-ON-ONE CONSULTATION
Your 3 Hour, one-on-one consultation with Dr. Casas is your opportunity to discuss and have answered all of your questions regarding your program.
The 3 hour consultation will be divided as follows, although some patients will require that more time be spent in one area as opposed to another:
The first half hour will include a thorough discussion of your Medical History/Healthy Aging Lifestyle Assessment and a discussion of your goals for healthy aging through an Age Management Program.
A thorough physical examination will follow, which will roughly last 30 minutes and will include a State of the Art Computerized Body Composition Analysis including: Body Fat Analysis, Bone Mass Assessment, Muscle Mass Assessment, Determination of Metabolic Age, Body Water Analysis, Daily Caloric Intake and Visceral Fat Rating as well as Assessment of Common Biomarkers of Aging. Dr. Casas will explain any physical exam findings which are of concern to her.
A detailed line by line review of the results of your comprehensive initial laboratory work and any old medical records that you have submitted to Dr. Casas for review.This will take a half hour.
The last half hour of the Consultation is spent discussing the initial program recommendations with specific attention to accelerating your program results.
The VIP Initial office consultation also includes an invitation to a one hour private lunch or dinner with Dr. Casas
at a nearby healthy open air patio restaurant at Halcyon (2 minutes from the office) to spend more time informally
discussing your program and answering your questions.
Your program will include a complete plan for nutrition with supplementation, exercise and hormone modulation.
The treatment plan will be determined by you with Dr. Casas’ guidance and expertise. This is customized medicine and therefore, your participation is requested. You will make the ultimate decisions after Dr. Casas has presented you with a comprehensive explanation of her recommendations based on the evidence based medicine available in Age Management Medicine. Dr. Casas will explain to you the exact nature of any imbalance you may have in your lab profile and will show you how your customized treatment program will improve it.
Dr. Casas will spend an additional hour after you leave the office composing your comprehensive initial program recommendations.

Dr. Casas offers a VIP level of Continuity of Care:
• The Semi-Annual Professional Fee of $2,500 includes consultation with Dr. Casas via e-mail, phone and in-office at designated intervals. This includes a formal half hour phone follow-up consultation up to three times during the six month period. Dr. Casas will review your program monthly and make any additional recommendations. Patients submit a monthly symptom update form online which Dr. Casas reviews. The Semi-Annual Professional Fee also includes an hour long yearly office comprehensive consultation with lunch at no additional cost. You must be reevaluated in person in the office at least once every year. This is an opportunity for Dr. Casas to reexamine you, review your program and your progress, review your laboratory evaluation and make any necessary changes to your program.
